You don’t buy 5 apartments from the same Constructor-Developer over the course of 17 years unless that company has given you and your family complete satisfaction.

I have just bought an apartment in Alcazaba Beach, Estepona and what a delight it has turned out to be; true paradise! I only wish I’d done it years ago. The apartment has beautiful finishes to the highest standards. It is delightful to walk through the extensive grounds, appreciating the abundance of flowers and plants, all very well maintained, as are the swimming pools. It is never crowded or noisy and I am looking forward to spending lots of time here.

The lifestyle at Alcazaba Beach is exceptional to say the least!

Being fortunate enough to retire early, we’ve found the quality of living is beyond our expectations! As we’d spent some years away from the UK in warmer climates such as South Africa, my wife and I were looking for a similar lifestyle. Southern Spain was not top of our list; however, on a winter break near Estepona and on a dull day, we wondered into the Sales Office at Alcazaba Beach, more out of interest than anything. We were immediately impressed by the friendliness and professionalism of the Sales Staff and of the Developer’s company as a whole. They were courteous and charming and not at all how we expected judging by the general perception of Spanish developers! We went to see a show flat, which was about to be opened, and quickly became aware of the quality of the development that we had stumbled upon and the likelihood of them going like hot cakes! We needed to make a decision quickly if we were genuinely interested!

Our first impressions of the Developer were fully confirmed during the Purchase Process. The company was flexible, both in terms of timing & payment Schedule; extremely understanding of the inevitable difficulties than can come up and remained approachable & sincere at all times, providing a very personal and reassuring service. This smoothed the complicated path, for which we were extremely grateful. Now that we are at Alcazaba Beach, our initial expectations have been exceeded! The stunning setting and beautiful, colourful, landscaped gardens compliment the interesting and well-planned variety of the architecture. The outcome is an environment of serenity that has to be experienced to be fully appreciated! An additional advantage is that the large range of facilities; the pools, tennis courts, gym, sauna and restaurant, as well as the grounds and apartments, is constantly maintained by a permanent staff run by the community, thus ensuring the continuation of these unusual and peaceful surroundings.

To summarise, owning an apartment at Alcazaba Beach has changed our lives. It really doesn’t get better than this!

This is my second year at Alcazaba Beach and today I think I can say that I definitely made the right decision. I’ve found everything I was looking for; peace, serenity and all well away from the hustle and bustle.
