Awards
Back in 1985, La Alcazaba was pronounced the winner of the Costa Del Sol Garden Competition, and then, in 2007, their considered design and meticulous landscaping proved worthy of the Architectural Heritage Prize for Urbanisations of Environmental interest. Our Alcazaba Beach resort was voted ‘Best Community Gardens’ in 1997, which was followed up by awards for ‘Best Maintenance Work’ and ‘Best Garden in the Costa Del Sol’ in 1998. Most recently, in 2009, Leria were named Best Property Developers at the prestigious Bellevue Awards.
